OPS Showcase Promise in Trial Games at Narrabeen
On Saturday, March 8 2025, the Uni-Norths Owls Performance Squad participated in two trial matches at the Sydney Academy of Sport and Recreation in Narrabeen. The first match saw the Owls secure a victory against the Western Sydney Two Blues, while the second match resulted in a loss to the Manly Marlins.
In their opening game, the Owls faced the Western Sydney Two Blues. Demonstrating cohesive teamwork and strategic play, the Owls managed to outpace their opponents, securing a win that highlighted their preparation and potential for the upcoming season.
The second match of the day featured the Owls against the Manly Marlins. Despite their earlier success, the Owls encountered a formidable challenge in the Marlins. The Owls fought valiantly but ultimately fell short, concluding the match with a loss.
