1972 Reunion, Sponsors & Former Players Day

The final home game of the year is always a great day especially when we have so many teams primed to make their mark in the final series.

This year we are celebrating the 50th anniversary of  Norths 1st Grade and 4th grade premierships and 3rd grade runners up.

It is also the 45th anniversary of Brolga Pearson’s 4th grade teams premiership in 1977

We are inviting and encouraging all past players (Norths , ANU, UC & OWLS), partners & supporters to come & celebrate a great year and great memories. The atmosphere at North Oval & The Barn is second to none in the ACT.
SUGGESTED ITINERARY

12 August – 4.30pm     Meet at The RUC
13 August – leisurely morning while getting excited about seeing former team mates and supporters. If you don’t want to get to ground too early – lunch at the RUC then walk to ground – approx 450 metres

Games start early but arriving approx 1pm will enable you to see a great mix of matches. Upstairs Bar opens 1pm.

For 1972 players there will be limited drinks and some food provided by the club from 1.30pm.

ALL current players are excited by the likelihood of a large vocal crowd and to finish the home season on a high note.
